If the information cannot be   provided, then kindly specify valid reasons. 2.        Please provide staff according to the   sanctioned strength to Ranebennur MDG. And make arrangements to fill up Grade   II Postmaster and one norm based LSG Supervisor. And also provide one APM SB   Supervisor (HSG-II) and one APM Mails LSG to Haveri HO. 3.        Please provide copies of instructions   or orders if any, for not providing software CDs to the computerized offices. 4.        Provide the details of Certified System   Administrators in Haveri Division with the details as follows: 
 5.        Please furnish information on whether   all the System Administrators in the division are incompetent enough that a   person from DO has always to be directed to attend problems in every office,   which unreasonably hampering smooth office functioning. Ex: recently Sub   Account problem at Ranebennur MDG hampered next day work also. Not only the   whole office but also the public had to suffer for the delay in technical   assistance. As this may tarnish the image of the department speedy action to   be taken to set right the problem as and where it occurs. 6.        Please provide information in detail on   any attempts made to fully utilize the services of all the System   Administrators in the division. Immediately arrange to hold a meeting of   System Administrators in the division. 7.        Please provide Printers to every   computerized office for smooth working. Provide information on non working   printers in the division and action taken on the matter. 8.        Provide the type of networking system,   version of Server OS and Version of SQL Server in Haveri Division; Specify   the reasons for not utilizing domain networking system; whether it is known   to RO/CO?  9.        Provide no of offices with name using   Sanchaya Post? Whether the offices are provided with Passbook Printers? Are   the Passbooks are being printed only through Passbook Printers? If not,   please mention the reasons and since when? 10.      The water problem in Haveri Staff   quarters has risen on 21st February 2011 since the long working   motor stopped working. Even on repeated suggestions and requests from the   staff side, the administration had not listened and started supplying water   by tankers. This action has resulted superfluous expenditure which is more   than Rs.75,000/- as on now. Please furnish detailed reasons for this action. Till   now the problem has not been set right. 11.       Please furnish detailed information on   the present status of Smt. Chandbi Hundekar. The orders are being issued   un-comprehensively. Please confirm the genuineness of your office memo   No.A1/6/Rlgs/2010 dated 22.12.2010. The said order had been received on   08.07.2011 by hand by OA DO Smt. Zingade S P. Kindly clarify the present   position of Smt Chandbi Hundekar.     12.      Please take necessary action for   de-quarterisation of Halageri SO and Masur SO. 13.      Please take immediate action to repair   attached quarters of Savanur SO and Bankapur SO. 14.      Please adhere to the rules and   regulations as amended time to time while taking disciplinary actions. It is   observed that the orders are being issued without any grounds even on denying   natural justice. The examples are as follows and detailed reply is sought   for. 1.         The case of Pavitra B Kubasad: The   official has applied leave on medical grounds; please furnish the reasons why   second medical opinion was sought for? 2.        The case of Smt Netravati C Hamagi: The   official has been charged with the imputations which no way can be   established. Though the official requested for information and concerned   documents so as to represent, the administration directly passed the orders   of ‘Censure’. This is nothing to patch up the lapses from the administration   side. This is absolute denial of natural justice and violation of law. Please   furnish detailed reasons for such unlawful action. 3.        The case of Shri Ganganna H: The   official has applied for EL on M/C, instead of opting for second medical   opinion an order passed directly treating the period as ‘Dies Non’ even   though the official pleaded on medical grounds in his representation. 4.        The case of Contributory Negligence: we   request your kind attention to the DDG (R & P), Ministry of communication   and IT letter no. 14013/03/2010-VP dated 22.06.2011 whereby it is mentioned   that vide DGP&T order no(12) below Rule 11 of the CCS CCA Rules, 1965   which stipulates that proceeding relating to recovery of a pecuniary losses   caused to the government by negligence or breach of orders by a government   servant, the penalty of recovery can only be imposed only when it established   that the government servant was responsible for particular act or acts of   negligence or breach of orders or rules and that such negligence or breach   caused the loss. Whether these orders and rules has been considered or   followed while issuing charge sheets and while imposing recoveries in Savanur   Case? In this connection provide exact volume of fraud, the officials charge   sheeted, recovery imposed and total recovered amount so far. 15.      Please provide additional manpower for   e-stamping at Haveri HO. Namely, one Supervisor and one PA is required. 16.      Please provide additional manpower for   UIDAI work, which is yet to be started at Haveri HO. Namely, One Supervisor,   One PA and One Gr D. There is scarcity of space for the said work, kindly   provide the same. 17.      The proposed space for Recreation Club   for Haveri HO staff at Divisional Office is not suitable for both gents and   ladies staff. It is suggested to utilize the space provided for cycle shed   after repairing. And separate Cycle shed may please be provided. 18.      There are several   instances of cross deputations. To name recent ones, one PA of Hirekerur SO   was on deputation to Akkialur SO and one PA of Hangal SO was on deputation to   Hirekerur SO. Once a PA from Halageri SO was on deputation to Haveri HO and   one PA of Tumminakatti SO was deputed to Halageri SO. Such cases may please   be stopped to ensure proper management of government money. Though The SPM,   Chalageri SO who was transferred on government cost is now on deputation to   Divisional Office without TA/DA, one PA has been deputed from Ranebennur MDG   with TA/DA. This is not only incurring unjustifiable expenditure but also   resulting in acute shortage of hands in Ranebennur MDG. Moreover, if any   official in Ranebennur MDG, has to be relieved on leave, PAs from some other   offices are deputed with TA/DA. Please explain.  19.      Please provide moving racks (like PLI   racks in Divisional Office) for safe keeping of records. The same facilitates   some place at Haveri HO. 20.     Please avoid denying leaves on medical   ground and CCLs. 21.      Please arrange for replacement of batteries   in Hangal SO. Please replace the Internet connected Computer with the newly   one as the present system is failing frequently. 22.      Please provide armed security guard for   all post offices, especially A class and LSG Post offices. 23.      Please arrange to revert deputation   hands to operative office as there is acute shortage in the division as   clarified vide your monthly meeting minutes. E.g. Smt Sudharani Maranabasari   and Pratibha H. 24.     It has been intimated that PA, Haveri   RN SO has been drafted. Please provide detailed information on the   transactions connected with Extension Counter. 25.      Please provide LR PAs to Haveri HO. 26.     Pease provide one more additional PA   for eMO work at Haveri HO.
